FAQ
Is the trial really free?
Yes, completely — no credit card and no hidden charges. You get full platform access for 30 days with a small log limit of 500 entries.
What happens after 30 days?
Your account is deactivated after the trial. Your data is kept for 14 days and can be exported. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time before it expires.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades and cancellations at the next billing period. No minimum contract duration.
What is included in managed hosting?
Hosting, deployments, SSL, daily backups, monitoring and app updates are fully covered depending on your plan. You only need to focus on your community.
What is the difference between Pro and Custom?
Pro is a flat-rate plan with all features including the RP web portal. Custom is slot-based: you pay exactly for the slots you need — without the RP portal but at a very low cost.
How does yarn_sync work?
yarn_sync is a FiveM resource you set up once. It reads your API key from server.cfg, securely connects to the portal and transmits logs, events and realtime signals.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before deactivation. 14 days after the contract ends, all data is permanently deleted.
Are there discounts for multiple servers?
Pro supports up to 3 server instances. For larger setups with multiple communities, we recommend Enterprise with multi-tenant support and dedicated resources.
